Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) is a developing area of rapid change work that explores the realms of undesired emotions and our “ways of being”. The process explores the central question, “How did we learn to feel the way that we do?” and opens up the possibility of creating profound change in our emotional lives.

For the practitioner, IEMT is about precise calibration to the client. Unlike other treatments involving eye movements, IEMT movements are neither random nor simply repetitive left-to-right motions in the hope that change will occur. The training provides the tools for the practitioner to precisely calibrate which axis to move the eyes, enabling the exploration work to occur with precision and at a remarkable speed.

IEMT Practitioner Training with Andrew T. Austin
The training is delivered over four 4-hour sessions and one additional 2-hour session. All sessions are recorded and will be available to all attendees should you need to miss one.

- Wednesday 14th October 2026 — 10:00 – 14:00
- Thursday 15th October 2026 — 10:00 – 14:00

All sessions are scheduled in UK Time.
The IEMT Practitioner course is CPD-certified and an insurable category with most therapy practitioners’ insurance companies.
Certification (optional) is dependent on the successful completion of case studies, demonstrations of IEMT work, and full membership of The Association for IEMT Practitioners. Trainees are welcome to join as Associate Members to access additional training materials. Upon completion of training and assessments, upgrading to full membership is free.

Is the training recorded?
Yes. All recordings will be available to attendees via a website login for one year after the sessions. Each video is hosted on a dedicated page with a comments section for feedback and questions.

Certification for IEMT Practitioner
To attain certification, you must submit two case studies and a short video, approximately 10–20 minutes, of you working with a client. Once approved, you may join The Association for IEMT Practitioners as a full member, and your certification will be issued, including your CPD certificate.
